This allows the Task Superiors technician to diagnose or correct problems without ever coming to the location of your computer. Task Superiors does not use the Remote Access software to access and control your computer without your consent and we request that you remain present when our technicians are doing so. Task Superiors technicians are trained in the use of this software and we take steps to limit access to confidential or sensitive information stored on user computer or network, avoid deliberate destruction of information on user computers or networks, and help avoid system problems. Task Superiors maintains specific internal policy and technical controls to limit how and whether our remote access tools may be used to assist you.

DIAGNOSTIC TOOL:

Task Superiors uses some online diagnostic tolls that may collect a wide variety of useful information about the state of a computer system and your applications. This information is communicated to Yogi using security technologies over the Internet. Task Superiors analyzes this information to help diagnose and solve end-user problems. The Task Superiors diagnostic application is not designed to collect sensitive information including information such websites visited, e-mail messages, e-mail addresses sent to, passwords, profiles, etc. Use of the Remote Access and Diagnostic applications may be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective software license agreements.

LIVE HELP SESSION RECORDS:

Task Superiors reserves the right to monitor and record on-line and off-line sessions between users and Task Superiors technicians for quality control and service-related purposes. Some uses of this type of information include improving the Service, building a support knowledge base and conducting internal market research. We do not correlate session record data used for these purposes with personal information.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Task Superiors believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • You are solely responsible for canceling your account. An email or phone request to cancel your account to your account manager is a must and you must receive a confirmation from your account manager on the date of cancellation.
  • All of your data stored with us will immediately be archived from active servers and maybe stored with us for any future use.
  • If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up month, your cancellation will take effect immediately and we will not be charge you again.
  • Task Superiors, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, for reasons such as unauthorized access of our portal, servers and databases, abusive behavior, data theft, improper utilization of our services, using the service for PC other than the one which has been registered for use with Task Superiors, among other reasons. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your PC Support Service.
  • Any use of software which is not legal may result in termination of your services and cancellation of your account by Task Superiors.

REFUND POLICY

We always make efforts to give 100% satisfaction of our clients related to the Task Superiors support services. For subscription based plans, a full refund will be issued within 30 days if Task Superiors has not been able to resolve even a single issue for you.

Read some of the eligibility criteria for refund:

  • You have all the prerequisites which were required to resolve the problem and Issue was not resolved till the time account was active.
  • The issue is out of scope for the particular plan.
  • 30 days have not passed after the issue was last worked upon by an Task Superiors technician.
  • Subscription based plan: you can ask for full refund if none of the issues are fixed or you are not happy.
  • If one or more issues are fixed and customer still wants refund of his/her amount before time period mentioned in the agreement then partial refund will be done, after subtracting the service charge on fixed issues.
  • Cases which are fixed on our part and something goes wrong on your computer due to hardware issues, however services will be continued on the existing computer or can be exchanged to a new computer.

"Task Superiors Certified Technician means" technicians and specialists certified by Task Superiors to perform the Services under this Agreement.

SUBSCRIPTION BASED PLANS

"Subscription Based Plans" or "Subscription/(s)" are tenured Subscription plans offered by Task Superiors that are active for a specified period and will not include any incident based plans such as "Per Incident Plan" or the like.

SERVICES" AND "Task Superiors PORTAL

All references to "Services" refer to any Task Superiors service delivered through Task Superiors Technical Services Private Limited, under the plan that you enter into with Task Superiors through use of the Task Superiors Website located at www.TaskSuperiors.com (the "Task Superiors Portal") or by calling the Task Superiors phone number mentioned on the Task Superiors Website. These Terms of Use govern all plans available through the Task Superiors Website, and any use of the Task Superiors Portal. In the event of any conflict these Terms of Use control any valid Plan Order form that you submit requesting Services ("Plan Order").

SUBMISSION OF PLAN ORDERS; SERVICE PLANS

You may order Services by submitting Plan Orders through the Task Superiors Portal. Once Task Superiors accepts the Plan Order submitted by you, you would receive an email from Task Superiors at the email address that you provide or have provided to Task Superiors as part of the Registration Process for the Services. Task Superiors is not responsible for rendering Services in connection with any Plan Order that it has not accepted. Upon acceptance by Task Superiors of a Plan Order, you will rightly possess a Service Plan.

UNDERTAKING

Subject to the Terms and Conditions, and other terms specific to each Service Plan, Task Superiors will address your query using commercially reasonable efforts in providing appropriate solutions under the Services. In most cases, Task Superiors will attempt problem diagnosis and a solution through chat, email or other means as it deems most appropriate under the circumstances including remote access. All undertakings under Service Plans are subject to Task Superiors's Limited Warranty, which is set forth below.
